The total stay was such wonderful for Local Wedding. I loved the small double room which was fashionable. Had such facilities, like an electric kettle, central heating and an iron with ironing board. The setting was stunning, really close to pubs, a hill and other attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy countryside B&B. the owner, Sally, was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. the breakfasts were simply amazing, with options ranging from a full English with fresh eggs from Sally's hens to delightful homemade yoghurt pots. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Castle Howard, York, Hemsley, and Harrogate. Sally's beautiful gardens added to the charm of the farmhouse, and she was helpful in recommending local pubs and places to visit. the rooms were lovely, with thoughtful touches and homemade cakes provided daily.
A relaxing and enjoyable experience. Cons: No complaints at all!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the farmhouse. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a touch of modernity. the 200-year-old farmhouse exuded charm and character, complemented by the serene and picturesque surroundings. the shower was beyond compare, providing a rejuvenating experience like no other. the breakfast was outstanding, with locally sourced ingredients, deliciously cooked dishes, and even homemade jams, compots, and cakes. the owner's attention to detail was evident, from the generous supply of tea, coffee, and sugar in the rooms to the fresh and local milk. It's worth mentioning that the owner also offers a three-course evening meal, which we unfortunately missed out on, but based on breakfast, we have no doubt it would have been exceptional.
We felt incredibly welcome throughout our stay and had no reasons to complain.

The host was exceptional and made us feel right at home. the bedrooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. the breakfast was varied and delicious, with options for different dietary needs. the location was perfect, surrounded by stunning farmland and offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also loved the local pubs nearby, especially the Crown and Cushion. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!
That the rooms didn't have fans or air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable during the heatwave. the host did her best to keep the rooms cool and it was only a minor inconvenience.
